  • How do I return an item?
    Simple, just contact our team via our email or WhatsApp, and we will give you an immediate response. NOTE: All items being returned or refunded must match the condition in which it was shipped, without any marks of use. Refund must be justified.
  • What is our returns' policy?
    Booking your return is free and easy! Here's what you need to do: Send an email within your legal return dates. All items must be returned within the same condition shipped. Items with damages, scratches, proof of use, etc. — will not be refunded. We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
  • How do I track my order?
    We provide every customer with a tracking code and a link to keep themselves updated about their order after they have completed their purchase. Yet, customers may ask us, and we will gladly inform them of the status of their order via email or WhatsApp.
  • What are your delivery options?
    We deliver all our garments through professional couriers. Garments are shipped carefully to all national and international addresses.
  • How can I contact your couriers?
    On the day of delivery, our courier will reach out to you to ensure that the delivery happens.
  • Do we provide International delivery?
    Yes! We ship internationally, with low rates and good care of our packages.
